We achieve digital equity when everyone has the technology, connectivity, and skills they need to thrive in today’s digitally-driven world. NYSDEN unites regional and state leaders to advance digital equity priorities across New York State, connecting eleven regional coalitions and a network of over 100 statewide practitioners into one coordinated movement.

Your membership turns that shared purpose into shared power. When you join, you strengthen a statewide voice for digital inclusion; gain a seat at the table with peers solving the same problems you face; and help move funding, policy, and promising practices forward in every region. Your dues sustain the convenings, advocacy, and coordination that keep digital equity a priority in New York.

We are launching membership at our third annual conference this month, and we would be honored to haver you as part of the founding class.

Who Belongs Here

Our members are stakeholders from across New York, including digital inclusion coalitions, practitioners, industry leaders, nonprofits, education professionals, workforce and economic development groups, government leaders, and community advocates. Most of all, we bring together a wide range of cross-sector representation, from adult education to the health industry to social justice leaders.

Every tier includes access to our monthly meetings, the 1-year rate lock, and a basic public directory listing (opt in). Each tier is available at an Individual rate and an NPO & Coalitions rate, and each higher tier carries everything in the tier below it at a higher seat count. Conference seats shown are included with first-year membership.

• Monthly meeting access
• 1-year rate lock
• Basic public directory listing (must opt in)
• Bring one free new stakeholder guest to a monthly call each year
• Detailed directory profile, plus inclusion in the Advocacy Day handout

Digital Equity Champion

Individual $250 · NPO & Coalitions $1,000

• 1 conference seat (Individual) or 7 conference seats (NPO & Coalitions) included in your first year
• 1 member (Individual) or 7 members (NPO & Coalitions); seats are nontransferrable
• Monthly meeting access
• 1-year rate lock
• Basic public directory listing (must opt in)
• Bring one free new stakeholder guest to a monthly call each year
• Detailed directory profile, plus inclusion in the Advocacy Day handout
• Special acknowledgement as a Digital Equity Champion on our website and in event programs

Membership Terms and Details

• Renewals are date-to-date. Your membership year runs from the day you join to the same date the following year.
• Rate lock. Members who register by October 31, 2026 lock in their rate, guaranteed for the next renewal year.
• Conference seats. The conference seats listed with each tier are included with first-year membership only.
• Members and seats. Organizations identify and maintain their own members. Seats are nontransferrable.
• Fee waivers. Membership fee waivers may be requested. Reach out to us to start the conversation.
